Q: Can I use my current web hosting service?

A: To make life easier for you, we create our website designs using the platform because it's a) a professional, secure, affordable service, b) it's quick and easy for you or your staff to make website updates yourself if you choose, and 3) its ease-of-use helps us get your website up and running as quickly as possible and allows easier website maintenance as well. If you prefer sticking to your current web host, we can explore that, but we would have to custom-quote you based on those needs. We highly recommend you use for creation and hosting of your web site and we're happy to walk you through switching from your current web host to if needed.

Q: I'm not familiar with website designs. Will you explain the process?
A: Yes! We'll make this process easy-as-pie for you. We answer all of your questions and walk you through the design process every step along the way. We don't talk in jargon...we prefer to communicate in plain English so we clearly understand each other.

Q: What other charges will there be in addition to your services?

A: Just like you have to rent space to live in an apartment, you have to also rent space to have your website on the Internet. So, in addition to the design and creation of your new website, charges a monthly hosting fee. This is typically $17 or less per month.

Q: Do you outsource your projects or send work overseas?
A: No. All of our work is performed by our in-house team based in Wisconsin, USA.

Q: Do I retain ownership of my completed website?
A: Yes, you own your website. We just create it for you.

Q: How long will it take to complete my website project?
A: On average, your website can be completed within 3 to 5 weeks.

Q: Do I need to have all my content prepared prior to contacting you?
A: No. In fact, we can use something you already have (your current website, your business brochure, etc.) to get started immediately. We'll then communicate with you to determine what other text and images we recommend from that point.

Q: How can you keep your prices so low compared to many other website design companies?
A: We have been designing 
​websites for ourselves and our clients since the Internet began. We have found the elements that make one website more effective and efficient than others. We focus on those elements and we use tested and proven website design systems to speed up the process.

Q: Can you make my business' website if I am located outside of your area?
A: Yes. We can help clients anywhere in the United States as well as in any English speaking countries. 

Q: How do we get started on my Website?
A: We can talk with you on the phone or via email to get a feeling for what you need. During that conversation we can determine what pages you will need. We will then provide you with a page by page listing of the information that will be included on each page along with suggestions for any content, photos, or graphics.

Q: Will I be able to update my own website when it is completed?

A: Yes.  If you'd like to update your website yourself, we will provide you with simple instructions on how to do that in the Wix platform. Of course, if you would like to have us make updates to your website, we can arrange to do that also for a small fee.

Q: Can you revise my current or finish my incompleted website?
We can certainly use the content, photos, etc. on your current website as a foundation for your new website, but it's cheaper in most cases to start over than it is to edit an existing website.

Q: I don't see any work examples from my industry. Do you work with all types of businesses?
A: We create websites for nearly any type of business; restaurants, hair stylists, chiropractors, accountants, realtors, gift shops, etc.
